It’s been a while since we’ve had two full trading days with the Dodgers, as we just experienced this week. There have been signings, exchanges and a whole bunch of list movements. And more should arrive this week. Let’s dive into some of this week’s biggest news!
Perhaps the biggest news this week was the signing of Albert Pujols by the Dodgers. The future Hall of Fame first baseman was released by the Angels, but hardly anyone expected Los Angeles to pick him up. This announcement should arrive on Monday.

And finally, Los Angeles struck a deal with the Rays on Saturday to get another depth option. They traded for Yoshi Tsutsugo and he is expected to be with the squad on Monday. Tsutsugo was an offensive machine when playing in Japan.
